Hello. I’m Yohan, the photographer behind Dear Moment.
From the very beginning of my photography journey, I wanted to do more than just take photos. I wanted to tell stories through them. So, how would you like your precious moments to be remembered?
Beautiful colors and poses matter, but what I think about most is how to capture your true self through a story. Not photos that are consumed in the moment and forgotten, but ones you look back at 10 years from now and smile, remembering exactly how that day felt. That is what I aim for. Portfolio Usage Agreement (Model Release)
- 1. I acknowledge that the photographer holds full copyright to all images taken during the session.
- 2. I grant the photographer permission to use the images for personal social media, websites, and promotional portfolios.
- The photographer has the sole right to select images for posting. The model may not request to exclude specific photos from being uploaded.
- Once images are posted, the model cannot request their deletion or removal for personal reasons.

Service Policy
Retouching Policy
I focus on enhancing your natural beauty through professional color grading and skin texture refinement. Notice: To preserve your authentic self, I do not offer structural alterations (such as body slimming or facial reshaping).
I do not take references from other photographers' work. Every photographer has their own unique shooting and editing style. If you are looking for a style that is different from my portfolio, I would kindly recommend finding a photographer whose work more closely matches what you have in mind.
Edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery within up to 1 month after the client selects the images for editing. All original and edited files will be sent via gallery links. Please note that the original gallery will be deleted after 2 weeks and the edited gallery after 1 week. Deleted files cannot be recovered, so we highly recommend downloading them in advance.
Usage Rights
The photographer holds the copyright to the images, and the client holds the portrait rights. The photographer will never use the photos for personal or promotional purposes without the client's consent.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
- The deposit is 100% refundable only if the booking is canceled within 3 days of making the reservation. However, once there are fewer than 7 days left before the shoot date, no refund is available even within those 3 days. All other cancellations are strictly non-refundable. (e.g., for a shoot on 16 November booked on 1 October, cancel by 4 October for a refund; if booked on 12 November, no refund is available.)
- Rescheduling is allowed once at no additional cost, provided the requested new date does not conflict with the photographer's existing schedule. Any further rescheduling after the first change will incur an additional fee.
- Shoots will proceed as scheduled in light rain. In the event of heavy rain, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions that make shooting impossible, the client may choose to either receive a refund or reschedule the shoot.

Travel Policy (One-way)
- Included: No travel fee for locations within a 1-hour public transport commute (one-way) from Maribyrnong.
- Travel Fee: $50 for each additional hour, or part of an hour, beyond the first hour (e.g., 1 hr 20 min one-way = $50, 2 hr 10 min = $100).
- Locations that are difficult to reach by public transport may not be available for shooting. Please contact me in advance to check.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Any date that is open on the booking calendar can be booked, up to the day before your shoot (same-day bookings are not available). Popular dates, especially weekends, fill up quickly, so booking early is recommended.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your date is secured only once the 50% deposit is confirmed. Submitting the booking form alone does not hold the date — if another client's deposit clears first, the date may no longer be available.
When will I receive my photos?
Edited photos are delivered via an online gallery within up to 1 month after you select the images for editing. The original gallery is deleted after 2 weeks and the edited gallery after 1 week. Deleted files cannot be recovered, so please download them in advance.
What if it rains on the day?

Can you slim my face or body in retouching?
No. Retouching covers color grading, brightness, skin blemishes, and hair — but not structural alterations such as body slimming or facial reshaping, to preserve your authentic self.
